Reports

The section holds the club's reports: a summary of revenue and utilization, and the operation logs — for orders, shifts, products, transactions, assets and licenses. The reports are spread across tabs, and Overview opens first.

Overview

The tab that opens first. At the top you select the period: Last Day, Last Week, Last Month, Last Year, Custom for any range, and Greater Than / Less Than for open-ended limits.

Below are the summary blocks.

Operators

A table of shifts for the selected period:

• Name — the operator who worked the shift.

• Shift Schedule — when the shift started and ended.

• Hours Sold — how much gaming time was sold.

• Products Sold — revenue from products.

• Time Offers Sold — revenue from time products.

• Bundles Sold — revenue from bundles.

• Voids — voided sales.

• Pay Ins and Outs — cash movements in the register not related to sales.

• Total — the shift total.

Utilization (%)

• Usage AVG — the average utilization of gaming stations over the period: the total time the hosts were in use divided by the length of the period. Hours when the club is closed according to its business hours are subtracted from the period.

• Unique Member Logins — the number of registered users who logged in.

• Average Member Visits per Day — the average attendance by registered users.

• Unique Guest Logins — the number of guest logins.

• Average Guest Visits per Day — the average attendance by guests.

Users

• Total Accounts — the number of user accounts.

• New Accounts — how many accounts were created during the period.

• Banned Accounts — how many accounts are banned.

Revenue

• Average Revenue — the total revenue for the period divided by the number of unique users, separately for guests and registered users. Each user is counted once, however many times they came.

• Revenue per Group — the money received from customers (purchase payments and deposit top-ups) minus the money returned to them (product and deposit refunds), by user group.

• Total Revenue — all money received (sale payments, deposit top-ups, pay ins to the register) minus the money returned (purchase and deposit refunds) and paid out of the register.

• Financial Total — total revenue plus pay ins minus pay outs.

• Favorites — reports marked for quick access.

• All Reports — the full list of available reports: Overview, Apps, Products, User Registrations, Sessions, Order Statistics, Top Users, Financial report, Hosts, and Invoice Log — the issued invoices. For example:

  • Apps — statistics of app and executable launches: the most and least popular ones, with a name filter and the number of rows to show.

  • Products — what was sold during the period: products and time products, gaming time by tariff that was invoiced, and time products removed from guests.

  • Sessions — guest logins and logouts with filters by host, operator and user.

• Order Log — the order history.

• Asset Log — what happened to the hosts and assets.

• Shift Log — shift openings and closings.

• Product Log — product movements.

• Transaction Log — money transactions.

• Z Log — Z reports, that is, the totals of closed shifts per register.

• Stock — warehouse stock.

• Licenses — the use of app licenses.
