Monitoring

The section shows screenshots of client PCs, so the operator can see what is happening on several gaming stations at once and spot unwanted actions by guests.

The section opens from

in the left menu. Access to it is set by the permissions of the Monitoring category in the operator's permission set — see Permission card.

What you can configure

  • Which PCs to watch — automatic screenshot refresh is turned on for the selected PCs. You can also refresh the screenshots of all PCs manually, all at once.

  • Size of the screenshot windows.

  • Quality of the screenshots — the higher it is, the sharper the image, but the higher the network load.

  • Refresh rate of the screenshots.

  • Display — you can hide PCs that are not connected right now, move the watched PCs to the top of the list and hide the numbers on the screenshot windows.
