Notifications

Notifications open in the top right corner of the app screen, to the left of the administrator's account name. They tell the administrator about help requests from customers, orders, updates and other events.

The notifications window has two sections:

• Notifications (count) — notifications about orders, updates and other events.

• Requests (count) — help requests from customers.
