About

Gizmo is a complete solution for managing entertainment venues: PC and gaming clubs, internet cafes, VR spaces, lounges and more. One system covers floor service, sales and the register, customer management, loyalty, reports and control of the club's PCs.

Who it is for

Gizmo works for:

  • PC clubs and internet cafes;

  • lounge spaces;

  • VR clubs;

  • interactive exhibitions;

  • tournaments and competitions;

  • computer labs in schools and universities;

  • digital libraries;

  • and much more.

Gizmo works for a single club as well as for a chain: you can run several clubs as branches on one server.

How Gizmo is built

Gizmo consists of several apps. Each one handles its own part of the club's work:

Component

What it does

Where it runs

The core of the system: processes operations, stores customer data and manages the other components

The club server (Windows, Linux or Docker)

The operator's and administrator's workspace: the floor, sales, club settings, reports

A browser on any device

The guest shell: login, launching games and programs, buying time and placing orders

The club's gaming PCs

The bridge to POS hardware: card terminals, scanners, receipt printers, and also a link to Gizmo Client for sending commands over the local network

The PC used for sales and/or another staff PC
